导师介绍



吴海信,男,1967年8月生,博士,研究员,博士生导师, 2005年毕业于中国科学院研究生院,获理学博士学位,2000年5月-2001年6月在加拿大University of Waterloo作访问****。93年以来,一直从事系列红外非线性光学晶体材料AgGaS2,AgGaSe2,AgGa1-xInxSe2, ZnGeP2,AgGaGeS4等的研究工作。先后负责中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目、总装预研和重点基金等多项国家科研任务,特别是近年研制的ZGP晶体已经过**任务承担单位的试用和实验验证。目前,重点开展的研究工作主要集中在优质单晶生长工艺通用技术改进、晶体缺陷产生机理及后处理工艺改进、光学实验等方面的研究。已发表了国内外学术期刊及会议论文40余篇。

Introduction



Wu Haixin, male, born on Aug.25th ,1967, received Ph.D from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005, Professor, doctoral supervisor. He worked in University of Waterloo, Canada as a visiting scholar from 2000-2001. From 1993 to present, he has been studied on crystal growth and optical properties of infrared nonlinear crystals, such as AgGaS2, AgGaSe2, AgGa1-xInxSe2, ZnGeP2, AgGaGeS4 and been responsible for a number of research projects, such as key direction program of Knowledge Innovation Project of Chinese Academy of Sciences, key program of the General Armaments Department, etc. Especially in recent years, The preparation of ZnGeP2 crystals has been through the experimental verification and trial of the model task. More than 30 journal paper published, current research interests focus on improved general technical process of high quality single crystal growth, mechanism and treatment process of crystal defects, Optical experiment of crystal, etc.Research:The main research areas:Growth and Optical properties of infrared nonlinear crystals.Improved general technical process of high quality single crystal growth, mechanism and treatment process of crystal defects.Optical experiment of crystal.
