学习经历
1990年毕业于延边大学工学院管理工程系，
1993年9月-1996年7月间，在延边大学经济系中国少数民族经济专业攻读硕士学位；
1996年9月─1999年2月间，在延边大学工商管理系任教；
1999年3月-2003年3月，在韩国朝鲜大学校（ChosunUniversity）研究生院攻读公司金融博士学位(毕业时间：2003年2月)，师从韩国产业经济协会会长李翰宰教授。
2003年7月-至今，浙江财经大学金融学院任教
科研成果
（一）课题
已主持和完成了“如何评估我国上市公司企业价值（2004留学基金课题）”、“信息披露与浙江企业价值（2006钱江人才计划）”、“基于金融效率的浙江企业风险控制与监管机制研究（2009浙江社科重点基地课题，09JDGZ004YB）”和“国有企业投资动态效率评价的理论机理与应用研究（2010教育部社科规划一般课题，10YJA790143）”。同时，已出版两本专著和发表了16篇论文（国际期刊上发表两篇、ISTP检索5篇）。当前研究兴趣主要集中在公司金融理论与方法的应用等方面。
