张安强,男,南京农业大学博士,美国 Rensselaer polytechnic
institute(PRI)访问学者,浙江工业大学副教授,硕士生导师,浙江省食用菌协会秘书长,中国菌物学会灵芝产业分会理事,《食药用菌》杂志编委会副主任。长期致力于食药用菌中功能性生物活性物质的研究开
发与分析检测,以寻找新的具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤和抗氧化等作用的活性物质为主线,开发功能性医用保健食品为目标,进行分离纯化、功能筛选、结构鉴定等应用基础性研究。拥有丰富的分离纯化经验、高通量细胞筛选、结构
鉴定和构象研究技术。能够熟练的对层析系统、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱(GC)、高效阴离子色谱(HPAEC)、气质联用分析(GC-MS)和核磁共振技术(包括一维和二维
NMR)等进行食品、药物开发研究和分析工作。近年来主持或参与国家和省部级项目 20 余项,发表国内外研究论文 70 余篇,其中被 Food chemistry, Carbohydrate
polymers, Carbohydrate research, International journal of biological
macromolecular,LWT - Food Science and Technology 等国际 SCI 期刊收录 30 余篇,总 SCI 影响因子 150 以上。获授权发明专利 10
项,浙江省科
技进步奖三等奖 1 项。
