个人简介： 浙江工业大学机械工程学院教师，长期从事工业工程与系统工程相关实践、教学与研究工作。
主要研究方向：生产与服务运作管理、复杂系统建模仿真与优化、智能优化算法、博弈论与机制设计。
教育经历：分别于2007年和2010年毕业于天津大学系统工程研究所获系统工程工学硕士和博士学位。
主要科研项目：网络化环境下服务供需主体博弈分析及服务资源优化配置（国家自然科学青年基金）、考虑顾客失约行为的服务预约最优提醒策略研究（浙江省自然科学基金）
