简 历:
浙江工业大学副教授、博士、IEEE高级会员。于2004年获得浙江大学信息工程专业工学学士学位。2006-2010就读于香港中文大学讯息工程系,并于2010年6月获得博士学位。2010年8月起在香港中文大学讯息工程系担任博士后研究员。2009年6月至2009年8月于美国普林斯顿大学电子工程系任访问学者,2016年3月至2017年3月获国家留学基金委资助于加拿大滑铁卢大学电子与计算机工程系任访问学者。本人一直致力于无线网络资源优化管理理论与应用的研究,在无线网络用户传输功率优化分配、无线网络多用户优化调度以及异构蜂窝网络接入优化管理方面取得了创新性研究成果。已通信网络类国际权威期刊SCI论文18篇(其中IEEE Trans论文15篇),国际权威通信会议(如INFOCOM、ICC、Globecom)10篇,英文专著2部,以及英文专著章节2篇。曾担任IEEE INFOCOM-IECCO’17, IEEE ICC’16-17,IEEE Globecom’14-16,IEEE SmartGridComm’14-16,IEEE ICNC’16-17,WCSP’13-14,VTC'16-17 Fall等国际会议的技术委员会委员(TPC)以及Workshop SGCS 2013的组委会副主席;现担任期刊IET Communications的副主编,担任期刊IEEE JSAC、 IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、 IEEE TVT、IEEE TMC、IEEE WCL、通信学报等杂志审稿人,并获得2016年度IEEE Wireless Communications Letter Exemplary Reviewer。获得浙江省杰出青年科学基金资助;2011年度国际电机及电子工程师学会Marconi论文奖(IEEE Marconi Prize Paper Award in Wireless Communications);2011年香港青年科学家五强;2012年浙江省高校科研成果二等奖;2015年浙江省自然科学奖二等奖;2016年通信旗舰会议ICC最佳会议论文;2016年浙江工业大学“青年英才支持计划”杰青。
