姚利民简介
浙江工业大学国际贸易学科教授，浙江省重点学科、浙江省高校人文社科研究基地（国际贸易学科）研究方向负责人。
1985年获得浙江工学院管理学工学士学位。
1997年获得浙江大学经济学硕士学位。
2007.7-2007.12美国克罗拉都大学经济学访问
　主要研究方向：
国际贸易与投资、产业国际化、WTO与贸易政策及壁垒。
　　社会学术兼职：
浙江省金融工程学会秘书长，浙江省民营企业国际合作促进会常务理事，浙江省生产力研究会常务理事，浙江省企业管理研究会理事，浙江省科技促进外向型经济研究会理事。

1、2001年“浙江省实施走出去战略与对策研究”获浙江省科技进步二等奖（省政府奖），排名第四
2、2003年“发展中国家双顺差与经济持续增长研究”，浙江省自然科学优秀论文三等奖(第十一届)，排名第一
