专业背景［back］2003年起，在哈尔滨工业大学微生物学实验室开始从事生物化学与分子生物学实验训练，利用转基因手段改造酵母，将纤维素酶基因导入酵母，获得了一株可以降解纤维素产生乙醇的转基因酵母；
2006年起，在浙江大学利用卤虫作为模式生物，从事极端环境下生物细胞周期调控研究。发现了一种通过调控tRNA核质转运以控制细胞周期的机制，并将该机制应用于肿瘤及实体瘤的生长抑制中。
2010年起，与天津肿瘤医院、青岛肿瘤医院合作，从事肿瘤干细胞及神经干细胞静息调控的研究，初步发现了由tRNA核质穿梭介导的组蛋白H3后修饰（56位赖氨酸乙酰化）对肿瘤干细胞及神经干细胞静息的调控机制。
