傅旭东,2021年加入浙江大学医学院医学中心,任****研究员,博士生导师。研究方向以代谢信号对表观组转录组的影响为切入点,研究全能性(Totipotency)的建立与调控,干细胞的分化与衰老等。研究方法涉及多组学交叉分析,依靠包括单细胞测序,CRISPR基因组筛选,代谢流(metabolic flux)测量,表观组测序(Cut&Run, Bisulfite-seq等),等前沿技术手段,结合生物信息分析,去综合研究相关生物医学问题。近年来以第一作者(含共同第一作者)身份在Nature Cell Biology,Cell Metabolism,Science Advances等期刊发表论文,以共同作者身份在Nature,Cell Reports, Genes&Development等学术期刊发表论文。

傅旭东于2007-2011年就读于浙江大学竺可桢学院理科班以及生命科学学院,并获学士(B.S.)学位;2011-2017于美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)从事衰老代谢学研究,师从Jing Huang教授,并获PhD学位(Ph.D.)。在UCLA期间主要研究新型抗衰老代谢物在衰老以及衰老相关疾病中的应用。主要研究成果包括:发现alpha-KG小分子通过靶点ATP5B延长线虫寿命(Nature, 2014);发现小分子alpha-KG以及2-HG抑制ATP5B从而影响肿瘤细胞系的能量代谢并提供潜在的医疗靶点(Cell Metabolism, 2015)。2017-2020于波士顿儿童医院\/哈佛医学院从事全能性干细胞研究,师从Yi Zhang教授。在博士后期间主要研究体外全能性干细胞模型2C-like细胞。研究成果包括:利用单细胞测序研究胚胎干细胞在进入以及离开全能性状态过程中的分子路径(molecular roadmap);利用CRISPR介导的筛选鉴定调控胚胎干细胞进入全能性状态过程的因子 (Nature Cell Biology, 2019; Science Advances, 2020)。
