My current research is focusing on evaluating the impacts of nanoparticles and plastic polymers (micro- and nanoplastics) as emerging pollutants on the environmental and human health, by using the silkworm as an animal model. We investigate the bio-nano interactions in the terrestrial ecosystem in order to understand the environmental fate and influence of nanomaterial on biota.
