Ke Chen is associate professor at the College of Computer Science, Zhejiang University. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciencein 2007, and later became a post-doctoral fellow at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Zhejiang University until year 2009. Her research interests include spatial temporal data management, web data mining, and data privacy protection. She is a member of ACM.
2007 年浙江大学计算机数据库方向博士毕业，2007-2010 在浙江大学航空航天学院做博士后和助理研究员，2010年出站后留校在浙江大学计算机学院软件所，2011 年评为副研究员、硕士生导师。主要从事海量数据处理和检索、隐私保护、数据库技术等方面的研究。近年来在时空数据管理、可视化数据管理、分布式多媒体检索等领域开展了富有成效的研究，特别是在空间数据查询技术、高维数据的索引和相似性查询、高效的空间数据索引技术、多媒体实时检索等技术方面取得了一些创新的研究工作。作为项目负责人和项目主要成员，参与和完成 5 项国家自然科学基金课题、3 项浙江省自然科学基金、1 项博士后基金、4项863 课题、5项国家重大专项；在国内外重要刊物上作为第 1、2 作者发表论文近 20 余篇，申请和获得国家发明专利20余项。已在国内外刊物和会议发表论文 30 多篇，先后被国外同行多次引用。荣获浙江省科技进步一等奖一项。
