王腾飞，浙江大学心理与行为科学系副教授，硕士生导师，求是青年****（2016.10 ~ 至今），2016年于德国法兰克福大学心理学系获得博士学位。曾作为访问****到英国布里斯托大学实验心理学系 Christopher Jarrold 教授和 Stephen Lewandowsky 教授课题组交流学习。主要从事智力、学习与创造性思维的个体差异及其内在原因，儿童青少年认知能力的发展及其影响因素等方面的研究。近5年来，以第一作者或通讯作者身份，在 Psychological Bulletin,Intelligence, Educational Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences,Acta Psychologica等智力、教育和实验心理学领域内高水平期刊上发表SSCI\/SCI论文多篇。担任Personality and Individual Differences,Learning and Individual Differences,Acta Psychologica等杂志审稿人，波兰国家科学中心项目评审专家，国际智力研究协会会员，欧洲心理测评协会会员等。

研究兴趣：
1. 运用结构方程模型【如预设路径模型 (Fixed-Links Model)、潜变量增长曲线模型等】探索儿童与成人在高级认知能力，包括智力、学习和创造力的个体差异及其内在原因，主要关注工作记忆、执行控制、提取等加工过程在学习、智力和创造性思维中的作用。
2. 从个体、家庭和学校多个层面探索儿童青少年认知能力的发展特点及其影响因素。近期，本课题组将采用认知训练和学校干预等手段探索促进儿童认知能力发展的策略和手段。

1. 主持德国学术交流中心“Strategische Partnerschaften”项目：An account of the relationship among working memory, learning and fluid intelligence by means of the Fixed-Links model;
2. 参与德国研究协会DFG项目：Structural equation modeling including sequence patterns for analyzing processes in the areas of attention and memory;
3. 参与国家科技部科技基础性工作专项重点项目：中国儿童青少年心理发育特征调查子课题：认知能力测验的开发与评价。
