邹永华曾在中美多个学术机构从事房地产和住房政策研究工作。作为职业地产人,他曾负责多个房地产项目的投资策划、建筑与规划设计、以及项目管理工作。他兼任中国区域科学协会理事暨区域可持续发展专业委员会秘书长、浙江省特色小镇研究会常务理事、以及浙江省公共管理学会理事,也是中国房地产中青年****30人论坛成员之一。
