1969.8-1978.8 甘肃省会宁县工作，先后任教师、县文卫局干部、县委宣传部干部；

1981.12-至今 中共浙江省委党校，先后任政治经济学研究室教师，理论研究所副所长、所长，软科学研究所所长，校学术委员会副主任；

2001.8-2004.8 浙江工商大学（原杭州商学院）经济学院，院长、****；

2006.6-至今 浙江师范大学经济与管理学院，学术委员会主任、****；

2010.3-2012.5 浙江师范大学经济与管理学院，院长。

长期从事区域经济、产业经济、经济理论领域的研究，在该领域取得一定成绩，在《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》等杂志上发表论文300余篇，出版著作20多部，成果获浙江省哲学社会科学研究成果一等奖等省部级一等奖6项，教育部普通高校人文社会科学研究成果二等奖、浙江省科学技术奖二等奖等省部级二等奖11项，其它奖若干项。

Research Field and Achievements
Engaged in applied economic research for a long time, and acquiring a certain achievements in the field. Having published more than 300 academic articles and 20 books, such as “Social Sciences in China”、 “Economic Research Journal” and so on. Some achievements won first prize of philosophy social sciences research of Zhejiang province, and won the first prize 6 items at the provincial or ministerial level in total; Having won the second prize in humanities social science of ordinary universities of Ministry of Education once; Won the second prize of Zhejiang province science and Technology Award, and won the second prize 11 items at the provincial or ministerial level in total; There are still a number of other awards.
