周金明:校“双龙****”****。1977年9月出生,2000年本科毕业于北京师范大学化学系,2003年硕士毕业于北京师范大学化学系,研究方向为核医药化学;2006年7月博士毕业于中科院上海有机化学研究所,研究方向计算辅助药物设计;2006年11月至2009年11月在加拿大Mcgill University 医学院Lady Davis Institute从事博士后研究,主要从事基于雄激素受体(AR)结构的AR拮抗剂的药物设计,发展了系列具有全新骨架雄激素受体拮抗剂,在博士后期间,还获得过的癌症治疗方面的Fellowship (MCETC/ FRSQ / CIHR Strategic training program in Cancer Experimental Therapeutics)。2010年1月-2018年7月在北京协和医学院医药生物技术研究所工作。2018年8月至今到浙江师范大学任教,研究主要聚焦基于蛋白质结构分析及基于蛋白结构的药物分子设计。目前已主持国家自然基金(4项),重大新药创制子任务(1项),人事部回国留学人员基金(1项), 医科院院所长基金(1项),2012年入选了医科院“协和新星”计划,医科院创新工程子项目负责人等,并参与973课题一项,2014协和创新团队学术骨干。至今发表论文50余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇, 作为责任作者或第一作者的论文包含了国际药物化学主要SCI期刊如J Med Chem, Eur J Med Chem,Bioorg Med Chem Lett,等, 其他论文包括Cell Host & Microbe, PLOS Pathogens ,JCTC, 及J Cheminf等。目前获得多个抗病毒、抗肿瘤先导化合物,申请及授权专利8项。
研究方向:

基于蛋白质靶点结构的药物分子设计,尤其是针对癌症和HIV-1等重大疾病的重要靶点,以及基于结构的先导化合物的优化等;
肿瘤免疫小分子药物的开发,尤其是针对免疫检测点(Immune checkpoint)蛋白PD-1/PD-L1等靶点;
重要药物分子的合成路线优化改造,医药中间体合成以及其他工艺研究。
