主要研究经历:
2001年9月入读大连理工大学应用数学系硕士,研究方向是生物数学(常微分方程数值解及其应用),2003年9月直读博士,转向生物信息学和计算生物学的研究。2004年3月至8月,参加了中国科学院研究生院组织的生物信息学研究小组,为小组主要成员。2006年6月博士毕业获理学博士学位,进入浙江理工大学工作。2007年参加了上海生物信息技术研究中心举办的第一期生物信息学培训班。
最近对复杂网络在生物信息学中的应用产生了浓厚的兴趣,希望将二者结合起来解决某些生物学问题,并进行了一些初步研究。
