黄光荣，博士，教授。主讲本科生《生物化学》、《食品感官检验》等课程；曾赴澳大利亚昆士兰园艺研究所、德国纽伦堡应用科学大学、英国利兹大学等交流学习；目前主要从事海洋食品来源生物活性肽、食品安全快速检测和天然香精香料方面的研究。
