2002.4江南大学获粮食、油脂与植物蛋白专业博士学位。2004年副教授、2009年教授。2005.5-2009.1担任生物检测系主任、食品科学系主任;2008.9-2009.7 在北京大学化学生物学国家重点实验室做高级访问****;2009.11参加中国标准化协会组织的GB/T1.1-2009国家标准宣贯培训。曾赴美国、澳大利亚、法国、英国、捷克、德国等国外著名大学与科学院进行学术访问与合作交流。中国食品学会高级会员,浙江食品学会理事,浙江省高等学校中青年学科带头人,浙江省151第二层次人才。长期从事农产品深加工和天然多糖抗糖尿病领域研究,承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家“十二五”科技支撑项目、国家863项目、浙江省重大招标项目、浙江省自然基金、浙江省新世纪教改等项目20项;在多糖药理、结构、体内代谢和海洋资源开发方面具有较强的基础,以第一发明人申请发明专利32件,其中授权发明专利24件。以第一完成人获浙江省高校科研成果二等奖1项;在国内外学术期刊和重要国际学术会议论文集上发表论文100余篇,主编教材3部,副主编教材1部。
