罗先发：男，出生于1963年10月，博士，教授，台湾中山大学访问教授（2009年1月至2月、2011年1月至2月,2013年7月至8月），美国《Mathematical Reviews》评论员，Numerical Functional Analysis and Optimization、Taiwanse Journal of Mathematics等SCI期刊源杂志审稿人。在教学上，主要从事数学系本科生的数学分析、实变函数、泛函分析、概率统计等课程的教学；特别对数学分析的教学有较深入的研究，该门课程曾获校级“教学改革示范课程”称号，教学论文被授予省级“优秀论文”称号；和有关老师合作指导的学生获“全国大学生数学竞赛一等奖”。在科研上，主要从事抽象逼近理论、非光滑分与最优化理论的研究，正在主持省自科基金项目一项、主持完成省教育厅基金项目一项，参加完成国家自科基金项目数项，在《中国科学》、\r《J.Approx. Theory》、《J. Math. Anal. Appli.》等国内外知名刊物发表科研论文三十多篇，其中有十余篇被SCI收录。\r\r\r
