彭应全,理学博士(德国洪堡大学),工学硕士(德国洪堡大学),浙江省钱江********。\r1985年6月毕业于兰州大学物理系。1985年8月通过教育部组织的全国丁肇中项目公派出国研究生考试,并于次年去德国柏林攻读博士学位。1992年3月获德国洪堡大学电子学硕士学位(Dipl. Ing.);7月获得洪堡大学理学博士学位。在德国期间,曾以访问****的身份去位于瑞士进行了为期一年的合作研究工作。1992年9月回国,在兰州大学物理系工作。主要从事微电子学与固体电子学(方向:光电子器件与材料)方面的研究及相关教学工作。2010-2011年在德国Kassel大学从事有机激光器方面的访问研究。参加国家自然科学基金项目多项,主持过国家自然科学基金项目、回国人员留学基金和教育部博士点基金;主持科技部中国-斯洛伐克政府间合作项目和中国-俄罗斯政府间合作项目各一项。先后在Organic Electronics, Applied Physics Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Photonic Technology Letters 等国际国内权威学术期刊上发表论文60余篇。获得发明和实用新型专利授权8项。目前的研究项目主要集中在微电子器件与集成系统,微电子器件测量系统和半导体器件分析软件。先后参加并完成了电子部46所创新基金、教育部博士点基金、国家自然科学基金、甘肃省自然科学基金以及兰州市科技项目、科技部中国-俄罗斯政府间合作项目、科技部中国-斯洛伐克政府间合作项目等横向项目。现为中国计量大学微电子学科负责人,主要从事光敏二极管、光敏场效应等器件的制备和性能研究。现有多项发明专利授权,发表SCI论文多篇。\r
