主要从事太阳能电池器件,光电探测器件的制备,测试以及机理研究,研究方向主要集中在有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料薄膜的合成,常规和柔性钙钛矿太阳能电池,常规以及柔性钙钛矿光电探测器制备以及性能研究。此外,还从事微结构硅材料的制备、干法湿法硅材料刻蚀及基于微结构硅材料的近红外光电探测器的制备与原理研究。
