杨小兵，男，1976年2月生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。师从孔繁胜教授，主要从事数据挖掘、知识工程方面的研究工作。2000年9月到2005年6月间在浙江大学计算机学院人工智能研究所硕博连读，并顺利毕业和通过博士论文答辩并获得博士学位。2005年7月进入中国计量学院工作， 继续从事数据挖掘、知识发现方向的研究。
