工作简历1968年3月-1977年9月 中国科学院盐湖研究所，实习研究员。
1977年10月-至今：国家海洋局第二海洋研究所。
1987年12月晋升为高级工程师，
1992年11月聘任为工程中心副主任，
1993年5月晋升为研究员，
1995年5月聘任为所副总工程师、海洋工程中心总工程师，
2010年2月聘任为所总工程师。
1992年获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，
2005年获“浙江省特级专家”荣誉称号。

科研成果及奖励1、《海底电缆管道路由勘察规范等两项国家标准》，获2013年海洋工程科学技术奖二等奖（第一名）；
2、《中国海洋灾害地质学》专著，获2013年优秀海洋科技图书奖（第一名）；
3、《混浊水海域声探测基础研究》，获2010年国防科学技术进步奖二等奖（第四名）；
4、《春晓气田群油气外输工程选址和海底管道路由调查研究》，获2005年国家海洋局海洋创新成果二等奖（第一名）；
5、《中美海底光缆网络系统（中国海区）路由调查》，获2001年省部级优秀海洋工程勘察金奖（第一名）；
6、国家标准《海上平台场址工程地质勘察规范（GB17503-1998）》，获2001年省部级优秀海洋工程勘察金奖（第一名）；
7、《中日间海底光缆系统路由海洋调查》，获1993年国家海洋局科技进步二等奖（第一名）；
8、《宁波深水港域港口自然环境资源查勘》,获1989年国家海洋局科技进步三等奖（第一名）。
