博士,研究员,2007年中国科学院大连化学物理研究所博士毕业,毕业后留在中国科学院大连化学物理研究所从事科研工作,相继被聘为助理研究员和副研究员,并担任研究组的副组长。2012 年我所以 “团队人才”将其引进。
王磊博士多年来一直从事以分子筛为代表的多孔氧化物催化材料的合成及应用研究。主要针对离子热合成法制备分子筛材料开展了系列研究工作,率先研究了不同离子液体体系中的离子热合成过程,同时又发现了有机胺在离子热合成过程中的结构导向作用。作为主要成员之一成功地实现了自主研发的催化剂在中国石油大庆炼化公司20万吨/年异构脱蜡装置上的工业应用,截至2011年底,该异构脱蜡装置已累积处理原料油30万多吨,生产高档润滑油基础油近20万吨,实现产值近26亿元,创造效益超过5亿元。中国石油集团因此将本成果(高档润滑油基础油加氢异构脱蜡催化剂及成套技术)评为中国石油集团2009年十大科技进展之一。2013年初,第二代润滑油基础油异构脱蜡催化剂又在该装置上开车成功,高收率产出合格的基础油产品。
