个人基本信息：复旦大学化学系学士、硕士；中国科学院应用物理所博士。曾在美国德克萨斯大学医学分校、哈佛大学医学院做博士后，耶鲁大学访问教授。1990.07-2001.02任职海军医学研究所助理研究员及副研究员；2005.09 -2019.10复旦大学化学系任教授、博士生导师。2019.10以“学术领军人物”引至宁波大学。

研究领域：1）蛋白质结构领域：用光谱技术研究结合纳米材料后蛋白质结构或构象的变化，以阐述纳米粒子作为药物或药物载体对所结合蛋白结构及其功能的影响；研究一些蛋白药物或其他功能蛋白在其他相关分子作用下的结构或构象变化以及所产生的生理影响； 2）微生物领域：用红外光谱、质谱方法研究微生物的分类和分型，特定领域微生物质谱和红外数据库的建立；研究复杂条件下微生物捕获的新方法和技术；应用拉曼增强光谱在微生物分析鉴定中的应用； 3）临床检验技术：研究各种肿瘤的血清质谱鉴定方法；对一些临床疾病检测方法进行完善和新方法的研究。

研究项目：先后承担多项国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目、国家科技部重大研究计划项目、国家科技部973项目分题、上海市人才基金项目等。
