周　丽，女，1976年1月出生，浙江常山县人，硕士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究方向：网络与信息安全、虚拟计算。近年来，主持了浙江省重大科技专项、信息产业部电子信息产业发展基金子课题、北电邮件服务系统等项目，发表学术论文10多篇，其中论文《Global Stability of Discrete-time Recurrent Neural Networks with Impulse Effects》SCI收录且影响因子位全校第一。。
