陈阿青，1984.07出生，男，博士，副教授。2015年毕业于北京航空航天大学，凝聚态物理专业，2015年获北京航空航天大学博士学位。现任杭州电子科技大学教师。
主要从事光电薄膜功能材料与器件，纳米功能材料和光、电催化材料的制备与应用研究；分子器件、纳米器件的量子输运理论计算。在基于第一性原理的理论计算模拟对新功能材料的设计与开发方面有较深的学术造诣。论文《A new investigation of oxygen flow influence on ITO thin films by magnetron sputtering》发表于《Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells》杂志，论文《Improving the oxidation potential of Sb-doped SnO₂electrode by Zn/Sb co-doping》发表于《Applied Physics Letters》杂志，论文《Insights into the origin of super-high oxygen evolution potential of Cu doped SnO₂anodes: A theoretical study》发表于《Applied Surface Science》杂志。
