臧月，1986年生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2009年毕业于电子科技大学电子科学与技术专业，获工学学士学位；2012-2014年赴美国UniversityofWashington联合培养，2014年毕业于电子科技大学光学工程专业，获工学博士学位。2015年3月进入杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院任教至今。主要研究方向为柔性聚合物太阳能电池、超级电容等新能源器件的研发及应用。

近几年主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、浙江省自然科学基金青年基金项目各1项、参与国家重点研发计划项目课题1项，目前在研国家项目1项，省级项目1项。以第一作者先后在AdvancedMaterials、AppliedSurfaceScience、TheJournalofPhysicalChemistryC等国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文数篇，获得发明专利授权数项。
