车荣晓,1989年1月生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。中国科学院“百篇优秀博士学位论文”获得者,云南省高层次人才引进计划“青年人才”,云南大学高层次引进人才(第六层次)。主要从事高原山地土壤微生物生态学、微生物生物地理学和环境微生物学研究,重点关注与生态系统碳氮循环过程(固氮、硝化及反硝化等)以及动植物致病相关的微生物类群。已发表学术论文40余篇,以第一作者发表中科院2区以上学术论文10余篇,被引用700余次。研究主要通过宏基因组等多组学技术和生物信息学手段开展,主要方向为:1)土壤微生物的地理分布格局与驱动机制;2)土壤微生物群落对人类活动和环境变化的响应。
