1992年7月毕业于南京农业大学园艺系观赏园艺专业,获农学学士学位;2004年9月至2008年1月,中国科学院研究生院在职博士研究生,获理学博士学位。1992年8月至2016年10月在中科院西双版纳热带植物园工作;2016年10月至今,云南大学生态学与进化生物学实验室工作,开展兰科植物综合保护研究。已发表相关学术论文60余篇,出版专著2部,获得国家发明专利授权8项。世界自然保护联盟物种生存委员会兰花专家组和种子保存专家组成员(Member of IUCN/SSC Orchid Specialist Group and Seed Conservation Specialist Group, 2017-2020)、中国野生植物保护协会兰花保育委员会副主任委员。

人才培养简况:
2004年开始招收硕士研究生,2012年开始合作培养博士研究生,已毕业硕士研究生16名(含外籍1名),博士研究生4名。目前在读硕士生6名,博士生3名,合作博士后2名。
招生要求:对兰花保护和利用研究有兴趣,乐观进取。
