万山平，女，白族，云南丽江，出生于1987年10月，博士学位，中级职称。

2006年9月-2010年6月，哈尔滨师范大学生命科学学院，生物科学专业，理学学士。
2010年9月-2013年6月，中国科学院昆明植物研究所，微生物学专业，理学硕士。
2013年9月-2017年6月，云南农业大学植物保护学院，植物营养与病害控制专业，农学博士。
2017年11月-2021年至今，云南农业大学资源与环境学院，教学科研岗位。

3、主要研究方向
主要从事外生菌根真菌多样性、物种保护与可持续利用，菌根生态、菌根与植物营养的互作机制等研究。
