秦开大，汉族，男，1971年11月生，博士、教授。1993年昆明理工大学计算机及应用专业毕业，获工学学士学位；2001昆明理工大学管理科学与工程专业硕士研究生毕业，获管理学硕士学位；2006加拿大北不列颠哥伦比亚大学高级访问****；2011年4月曾赴香港城市大学进修，2012年5月昆明理工大学管理科学与工程专业博士研究生毕业，获管理学博士学位。
主要研究领域：运作管理的基本理论与方法。

传统的运作模式已经面临新的挑战，因之而产生的理论运用方式也面临着全面更新。随着信息时代与网络经济时代的到来，围绕运作与信息管理的基本理论与方法的研究是目前最迫切的研究方向之一。主要在运作管理的基本理论与方法进行探索性的理论基础研究，同时选取若干行业作为应用研究对象，进行实践性的应用研究，近年来主要在该领域从事两方面的研究工作：①拍卖理论与实务，关于小参与者对“荷式”拍卖的影响机理、“英式”拍卖与政府公共资源分配机制与方法、委托代理制对密封投标的影响机理、网上拍卖的基础理论等方面的研究；②供应链管理，主要研究供应链中不同主体的协同机制，如合作/非合作博弈、信息不对称的影响、供应链中的风险管理等。③精益物流与系统，关于仓储布局与通道配置方法、不确定性下的位置分配算法、物流集成服务的支撑技术等问题的研究。
