分子生物学、遗传学、计算机科学和统计学等多学科的综工作背景。近20年来从事的工作包括群体遗传学、分子遗传学、统计遗传学、生物信息和基因组学等方面的研究,及其在药物开发及疾病诊断上的应用。

在研项目:

1. 性别发育的遗传机理;

2. 非吸烟因素引发慢性阻塞性肺病的遗传机理;

3. 结直肠癌异质性和影响肿瘤转移的基因组研究;

4. 基于二代测序的药物基因组检测技术。



研究内容:

遗传病临床检测/诊断;慢性病患病风险评估;肿瘤基因组异质性和转移,早期检测;

肠道宏基因组学和药物/营养干预;药物基因组学和个体化用药。
