研究方向

大脑是哺乳动物神经系统进化出来的高度复杂的结构,参与调控,动物的感觉,运动,认知,语言等功能。大脑的进化发育和衰老一直是神经科学研究中的重要问题。近年来细胞3D培养,组学测序技术以及基因编辑技术的不断进步让我们研究大脑处于一个快速发展的时期。课题组依托中国科学院昆明动物研究所相关平台,利用经典模式动物小鼠以及西南地区丰富的灵长类实验动物资源,结合功能基因组学的技术手段,系统深入开展脑科学方面的研究。总体研究主要集中在三个方面:
(1)人类大脑进化的分子遗传机制研究;
(2)脑发育过程中,神经前体细胞如何维持基因组稳定性;
(3)大脑衰老过程中的分子细胞机制研究;
