简  历

肖潇,博士,中国科学院昆明动物研究所转化基因组学科组副研究员。2016年于美国约翰霍普金斯大学公共卫生学院获博士学位,主持多项国家自然科学基金和云南省自然科学基金项目,获云南省优秀青年基金资助,并入选云岭青年人才、中国科学院西部青年****以及中国科学院青年创新促进会。长期从事人类复杂精神疾病及相关性状的遗传学研究,过去几年来开展了一系列针对精神分裂症及情感障碍等疾病的遗传和分子机制的探索,以第一或通讯作者身份在Molecular Psychiatry,Biological Psychiatry,Schizophrenia Bulletin,Neuropsychopharmacology,Translational Psychiatry等杂志发表SCI论文十余篇,并担任Molecular Psychiatry,World Journal of Biological Psychiatry,Scientific Reports等杂志审稿人。

研究方向

以精神分裂症(SZ)、双相情感障碍(BD)和抑郁症(MDD)为代表的常见精神疾病在全世界范围内均造成了沉重的社会与经济负担,但囿于对其发病机制认识的欠缺,目前针对这些疾病的诊断仍缺少有效的生物学标记,且已有疗法效果不尽理想。过往研究表明这些精神疾病具有较高遗传力,提示遗传风险因素在其发病中的作用;而多种重性精神疾病往往具有较高的遗传关联以及部分相似的临床表型。这一特征提示需整合基因组、转录组、表观组等精神疾病的多组学数据,结合相关神经分子生物学分析,从功能基因组学(Functional genomics)及表型组学(phenomics)角度对其共有及独有的关键遗传风险和机制展开解析,从而为开发针对性临床分型和诊疗提供依据。聚焦这一核心问题,本团队的主要研究目标为通过整合多组学数据,结合实验生物学手段解析精神疾病遗传风险位点与基因参与疾病或有关表型的可能机制,通过关注不同精神疾病跨诊断遗传风险和表型的遗传与分子机制,力图为针对性干预诊疗提供潜在靶标。
