简历：
赵沛基，男，博士，研究员。1974年2月28日出生于云南鹤庆，白族。1997年毕业于云南大学生物系，获理学学士学位。同年分配到中科院昆明植物研究 所工作，主要从事生物次生代谢的研究。2001年9月至2004年7月期间，于昆明植物研究所攻读硕士学位，重点研究绣线菊二萜生物碱的生物合成途径,。 2005年9月至2008年7月在昆明植物研究所攻读博士学位，重点研究微生物天然产物生物合成。完成酰胺N-糖基转移酶的功能鉴定与催化机理研究。 2009年入选“西部之光”人才培养计划，2009年遴选为第十二批云南省中青年学术技术带头人后备人才。主持三项国家自然科学基金面上项目：氨甲酰转移酶Asm21 在安丝菌素生物合成中的催化二重性 (**, 2007,01-2009,12，已结题) ，安沙类抗生素后修饰基因在组合生物合成中的应用 (**, 2009,01- 2011,12, 已结题)；Vibralactone 生物合成中碳骨架生源确定和异戊烯基转移酶的研究(**, 2012,01－2015,12)。
