生态学实验室在编10名教学科研人员，90%拥有博士学位，均来自包括北京大学、中山大学、兰州大学和中国科学院等在内国内知名科研院所，其中，教授2名，副教授2名。目前，实验室拥有Hobo onset，GPS，数字摄影系统和大型图形工作站等先进生态研究设备。
