谷丽丽，女，理学博士，中共党员。
2006年毕业于新疆大学，生命科学与技术学院，生物科学专业，获得理学学士。
2009年毕业于新疆大学，生命科学与技术学院，生物化学与分子生物学专业，获得理学硕士。
2015年毕业于韩国国立全南大学，农业和生命科学学院，植物生物技术专业，获得理学博士。
2015年8月起，在新疆农业大学草业与环境科学学院草业科学系从事教学与科研工作。
