赵宗胜,男，1969年4月，博士，教授，博士研究生导师。中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传育种学分会理事、新疆遗传学会常务理事。
一、教育经历
1991年西北农业大学本科畜牧专业毕业，获得学士学位；2000年在石河子大学攻读动物遗传育种与繁殖专业硕士，获得农学硕士学位；2005年在南京农业大学攻读动物遗传育种与繁殖专业博士，获得农学博士学位。
二、导师资格
2003年获得硕士导师招生资格，2015年获得博士导师招生资格。目前在动物遗传育种与繁殖和农业推广硕士养殖领域招生。
三、主要研究内容主要从事动物遗传育种与繁殖方面的研究。主要内容如下：
(1)绵羊重要经济性状功能基因的筛选、定位及应用研究；绵羊抗病机理及相关抗性基因。
(2)鸡与鹌鹑属间胚胎早期死亡的分子机制研究；动物远缘杂交的遗传机制研究。
(3)利用现代生物技术进行绵羊育种研究。
四、目前承担科研项目
(1)不同抗性基因型绵羊甘露聚糖结合凝集素（MBL）抗支原体肺炎抗病机理研究
(2) 提高营养水平诱导舍饲哈萨克羊非繁殖季节发情的分子调控机制及microRNA鉴定
(3) 提高营养水平诱导舍饲、半舍饲绵羊产羔后发情及调控机制研究
