尹斌成,教授,博士生导师。研究方向:智能生物传感系统设计及应用。主要研究内容:(1)基于CRISPR-Cas系统的生物活性分子的可视化及生物调控研究,开发新型的Cas酶级联信号扩增机制,设计多种荧光传感器及信号处理元件,应用于活细胞胞内分子高时空分辨成像;(2)智能化DNA分子机器网络交互系统的构建及应用,构建具有传感、记忆及信号增强的分子机器,开展细胞内多靶标的荧光成像,目的基因的精细调控,为细胞内疾病标志物的动态监测、基因调控网络重构及调节、肿瘤治疗等提供研究方法;(3)发展细胞膜界面修饰及核酸示踪技术,构建可控性多功能外泌体载体对细胞的信号递送,解析其在细胞间信号转递机制,并进一步构建靶向性肿瘤治疗的工程化天然载体,为疾病相关性、临床诊断及治疗等基础及应用研究提供高效工具。
近年来在J Am Chem Soc,Angew Chem Int Ed,Proc Natl Acad Sci USA,Chem Sci,Anal Chem,Chem Commun,Biosens & Bioelectron等国际性刊物上发表SCI收录论文70余篇,SCI论文他引2600余次,3篇ESI高引用论文。申请中国发明专利7项,其中授权4项,撰写英文专著1部。主持和作为主要成员承担了国家自然科学基金(青年、面上、优青)、国家自然科学基金重点项目,国家863项目、上海市自然科学基金、上海市纳米专项等项目。曾获上海市技术发明奖二等奖,高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(自然科学奖)二等奖,明治乳业生命科学奖,上海市研究生优秀成果(学位论文)等奖项。
