1971年1月生于新疆阿克苏。研究员、新疆专家顾问团顾问,中国土壤学会理事。
研究方向：
　　干旱区恢复生态学；内陆河生态水文过程
学历教育：
　　新疆农业大学生态学博士（2002-2005）、中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所自然地理学硕士（1999-2002）。
工作经历：
　　1990-至今：中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所。
