Ana Asenjo-Garcia joined Columbia as an assistant professor of physics in January 2019. She graduated from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2014 and was a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) in Barcelona, and an IQIM Fellow at Caltech. Her recognitions include the Packard Fellowship, the NSF CAREER Award, the AFOSR Young Investigator Prize, and the Sloan Fellowship.
