Dr. Cheung joined the Columbia University faculty as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in 2014. After completing her pediatric residency training at Columbia University Medical Center, she continued her training in fellowships in pediatric cardiology and pediatric critical care at Columbia University Medical Center. She is board certified in pediatrics, pediatric cardiology and pediatric critical care. She joins the faculty as a pediatric cardiac critical care physician to advance the care of critically ill infants and children with congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension and heart failure/transplant. Her research interests include extracorporeal life support for pediatric patients and quality improvement of pediatric cardiac critical care units.
