Research Description
Clark T.-C. Nguyen received B. S., M. S., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989, 1991, and 1994, respectively, all in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. His research interests focus upon micro electromechanical systems (MEMS) and include integrated micromechanical signal processors and sensors, merged MEMS/transistor technologies, RF communication architectures, and integrated circuit design and technology.
