Research Description
Ozlem Ayduk's research investigates social-cognitive mediators of interpersonal behavior with a specific emphasis on understanding the processes that help or hinder effective emotion regulation in close relationships. She utilizes a multi-method approach to study relationship behavior and adjustment at multiple-levels of analyses, using physiological measurements, unconscious priming paradigms, longitudinal and daily diary designs.
