Research Description
Gregory Aponte received his Ph.D. in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis.His primary research interest is to mechanisms involved in the signaling between the intestine and the brain. Key areas include: nutrient signaling, receptor activation, hormone and neuropeptide mode of action, sensory nerve response.
