Research Description
The research in my group is on mathematical models of genetic evolution. We are concerned with the analysis and interpretation of genetic data from natural populations of plants and animals and from human populations. We use genetic markers to reveal the history of migration and population growth and to understand how genetic drift, recombination, linkage and natural selection structure genomes.
