Leo is a managing principal of Century | Urban where he leads real estate advisory engagements with public agencies and institutions, and private developers and landowners for projects such as the Pier 70 Waterfront Site project in San Francisco and the Waterfront Ballpark District at Howard Terminal project in Oakland.? His work at Century | Urban includes project feasibility analysis; property valuation and/or disposition analysis; strategic plan implementation; structuring, negotiating, and finalizing transactions; policy evaluation; and financial analysis.
Leo has over 25 years of real estate experience, during which he has been involved in acquiring, developing, and/or managing billions of dollars in properties.? Prior to Century | Urban, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Waypoint Homes, a pioneer in the single-family rental housing industry.? Additionally, Leo’s past experience includes work on projects such as Treasure Island and Mission Bay in San Francisco.
Leo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Yale School of Management, and both a Master of Architecture and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from UC Berkeley.? He is a licensed architect in California.
