Abstract_Chinese:\r\r为了解决圆柱腔内壁水膜厚度的测量问题,对水膜厚度测量公式进行校正,分析了交变电场下电介质内的极化过程,推导了交变电场作用下电介质内电场的表达式.由于在交变电场作用下,谐振腔内壁水膜内的电场会发生变化,用准静态法近似介质微扰公式不再适用,基于推导的交变电场作用下电介质内的电场方程,对谐振腔介质微扰公式进行了改进.利用\rHFSS\r软件分别仿真分析了同轴腔和圆柱腔在不同频率、不同介质下微扰前后介质内电场大小的变化,将仿真数据和理论计算数据进行对比,证明了交变电场作用下电介质内电场方程的正确性.基于改进后的介质微扰公式,建立了圆柱腔内壁水膜厚度和谐振频偏之间的关系模型,将仿真数据与介质微扰公式改进前后理论数据进行对比分析,结果表明:在同一水膜厚度下,使用改进后微扰公式得到谐振频率较实际仿真数据更加吻合,谐振频率的理论与仿真误差至少提高了\r35.7\r%\r.\r\r

Abstract_English:\r\rAccurate determination of steam humidity is of great significance to the long-term stability and longevity of steam turbines\r.\rThe measurement of steam humidity is affected by the water film thickness\r.\rTherefore\r,\rthe issue of water film thickness needs to be investigated to produce a correct water film thickness measurement formula\r.\rThe polarization process in the dielectric under alternating electric field was analyzed\r.\rThe expression of the electric field in dielectric under alternating electric field was discussed\r.\rThe electric field in the water film inside the cavity changes due to the alternating electric field\r.\rThe approximation of the medium perturbation formula by a quasi-static method is no longer applicable\r.\rBased on the electric field equation in the dielectric of alternating electric field\r,\rthe perturbation formula of the cavity was improved\r.\rA coaxial cavity and cylindrical cavity were designed by HFSS software\r.\rThe variation of the electric field in the medium before and after perturbation at different frequencies and different media was obtained\r.\rCompared with the simulation data with the theoretical calculation data\r,\rthe correctness of the electric field equation in the dielectric under the action of alternating electric field was proved\r.\rBased on the improved medium perturbation formula\r,\rthe relationship model between the water film thickness and resonant frequency offset of the inner wall of the cylindrical cavity was established\r.\rThe results were compared to the simulation data and media perturbation formula before and after theoretical data improvement\r.\rThe results prove that under the same water film thickness\r,\rthe resonant frequency obtained using the improved perturbation formula was more consistent with the actual simulation data\r,\rand the theoretical and simulation errors of the resonant frequency were improved by at least 35.7\r%\r.\r\r
