Abstract_Chinese:针对目前混凝土梁抗折性能下降的问题,设计制备一种高抗折性能的碳纤维网格加固混凝土梁.通过三点弯抗折实验对材料的承载能力进行表征. 通过探究加固位置、加固层数和端部锚固等实验参数对混凝土梁试样抗折性能的影响,最终确定碳纤维网格加固混凝土梁的最佳制备工艺参数. 结果表明,相比于C-28试样,B-CFG-28 试样的平均抗折强度增长率为174.6%. 综合考虑力学性能和成本,碳纤维网格最佳的加固位置为混凝土梁底部,最佳的加固层数为1层,端部锚固能有效抑制砂浆试样斜裂纹的产生. 相比于B&M-CFGs-28试样,B&M-CFGs-EA-28试样的抗折性能提升27.2%. 实验结果表明:碳纤维网格加固系统能够显著增强混凝土梁的承载能力,抗折性能优异的碳纤维网格增强混凝土梁有望在实际工程中得到广泛的应用.
Abstract_English:In this study,a CFG reinforced concrete beam was designed and prepared in light of the current issue of poor flexural behavior of concrete beams. The material’s bearing capacity was characterized by the three-point bending test. The optimal experimental parameters for the preparation of CFG reinforced concrete beams were finally determined by investigating the effect of the experimental parameters such as reinforcement position,number of reinforcement layers,and end anchoring on the flexural properties of the samples. The findings showed 174.6% improvement in the average flexural strength of B-CFG-28 relative to that of C-28. Considering the mechanical properties and cost of the composite after consolidation,the optimum number of layers for the CFG is 1. The end-anchoring method can effectively prevent oblique cracks occurring in the sample. The flexural strength of B&M-CFGs-EA-28 increased by 27.2% compared with that of B&M-CFGs-28. The experimental results show that the CFG reinforcement system can significantly enhance the bearing capacity of concrete beams. CFG reinforced concrete beams with excellent flexural properties are expected to be widely used in practical engineering.
