Abstract_Chinese:\r基于自主研制的活塞式航空煤油直喷发动机及其台架试验系统,针对煤油航空发动机中低负荷工况燃烧稳定性差这一突出问题,围绕喷射截止时刻、点火提前角以及过量空气系数等影响航空发动机混合气形成及燃烧质量的关键因素,进行了煤油直喷航空发动机部分负荷燃烧特性及其稳定性的试验研究.结果表明:当喷射截止时刻(EOIT)于进气行程初期时,发动机燃烧特性及稳定性较好,但是到进气行程末期时,发动机的循环波动升高,动力性变差.当点火提前角过大时,混合气形成较差,无法形成稳定的火核中心,也会致使发动机动力性变差.活塞式航空煤油直喷发动机需要采用较浓的混合气,当过量空气系数为0.8 时,在不同的EOIT 的变化下,发动机动力性存在最优的工况点,此时的平均指示压力pe最大值约为0.394 5MPa.\r

Abstract_English:\rConsidering the comprehensive requirements of the piston-type aero-engine’s work-to-weight ratio and fuel storage and application safety,the ignited piston heavy oil aero engine has broad application in the fields of general aviation and military aviation.Therefore,the combustion characteristics of the piston-type aviation kerosene direct injection engine have very important theoretical significance and strong engineering application value.Based on the self-developed piston-type aviation kerosene direct injection engine and its bench test system,problems of poor combustion stability in low-load conditions of kerosene aero engine,around the end of injection time(EOIT),ignition advance angle and excess air exist.The factors affecting the formation and combustion quality of the aero-engine mixture were studied,and the partial load combustion characteristics and stability of kerosene direct injection aero engine were analyzed in an experimental studied.The results show that when the EOIT is at the initial stage of the intake stroke,the combustion characteristics and stability of the engine are better,but at the end of the intake stroke,the cycle fluctuation of the engine increases and the dynamic performance deteriorates.When the ignition advance angle is too large,the mixture gas is poorly formed,and a stable center of the fire core cannot be formed,which also causes the engine power to deteriorate.The piston aviation kerosene direct injection engine requires a rich mixture.When the excess air ratio is 0.8,the engine dynamics is optimized operationally under different EOIT changes and the maximum pe is proximately 0.394 5MPa.\r
